Ticket Sales

  • On the website
  • At Plaza Mayor Tourist Information Centre. Tuesday to Sunday from 10.30am to 2.30pm and from 4.30pm to 8.30pm. Closed Monday.
  • Ticket offices in the respective venues will also sell tickets for activities scheduled in those venues.

Once tickets have been purchased, no changes or refunds will be permitted except in the event that the scheduled show is cancelled. 

 

Specific seats have been set aside to guarantee better locations and improved access for people with disabilities, depending on how much assistance they require. They can be requested by writing to the email address reservasgrupos@madrid-destino.com, in person at physical ticket offices, or by calling the audience assistance line on (+34) 91 318 47 00 between 11am and 2pm or 4.30pm and 8.30pm.

25% Retirees and Over 65s

25% Children aged under 14

€1 Children aged 2 and under

20% People with disabilities, people in wheelchairs and their companion

20% Families registered as “numerous” in Spain (3+ children or single-parent families)

€5 per ticket Members of professional performing arts associations and students of the dramatic arts or other artistic disciplines (proof of status required). These tickets can only be purchased from ticket offices in the venue where the relevant event will be held, as proof of association membership or student status must be shown.
