Un palacio de moda

In collaboration with the magazine TELVA and Ferrocarriles Españoles Foundation, we will pay tribute to some of Spanish fashion's greats in Fernán Núñez Palace, with a fashion show featuring the creations of generations of designers that the organisers view as influential creators who inspired them when putting together this event. Parallel activities and an exhibition of the designs presented will round out this tribute to fashion in Madrid.

7 July, 6pm: Fashion Show

Featuring the participation of 2nd Skin, Adolfo Domínguez, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, Ailanto, Ángel Schelesser, Antonio García, Armani, Avellaneda, Bleis Madrid, Cortana, Devota & Lomba, Duarte, Encinar, Esau Yori, Gabriel Laje, Isabel Sanchis, Jan Taminiau, Jorge Vázquez, Juan Duyos, Juan Vidal, Leandro Cano, Lemoniez, Maison Mesa, Maria Escoté, Moisés Nieto, Otrura, Palomo Spain, Pedro del Hierro, Pertegaz, Redondo Brand, Roberto Diz, Roberto Torretta, Roberto Verino, Teresa Helbig and Ulises Mérida

8 and 9 July, from 4pm to 7pm: Exhibition

This exhibition will display original dresses by towering figures in Spanish fashion such as Cristóbal Balenciaga, Elio Berhanyer, Pertegaz, Pedro Rodríguez and Pedro Rovira, as well as a selection of looks from the fashion show held the day before.

8 July, from 7pm to 8pm: Round Table Discussion: “The Sustainable Wardrobe in the Past 50 Years: From Made-to-Measure to Slow Fashión” (in Spanish)

With TELVA's fashion editor-in-chief, Marta de la Calzada, serving as moderator, this interesting talk is open to the public and will feature the participation of Javier Goyeneche, CEO and founder of Ecoalf, Fernando Lemoniez, a designer, Sonsoles Diez de Rivera, a collector, and Covadonga Rodríguez Quintana, CEO and designer at CLO Emotional Design, who will talk about sustainability over the past 50 years.

9 July, from 1pm to 2pm: Round Table Discussion: “Digitalisation in Fashion: Success Stories” (in Spanish)

In this session moderated by TELVA's fashion editor-in-chief, Marta de la Calzada, the topic of digitalisation in fashion and what it has meant will be discussed by successful Spanish entrepreneurs including Valentina Suárez-Zuloaga, CEO and co-founder of ES Fascinante, Cándida Ledo, founder of Misia, Lorenzo Caprile, a couturier, and Nuria de Miguel, director of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Madrid.
